CHRISTMAS!!!!
Christmas 2008!!! December was busy...
I got to attend Troy's first Christmas party at CALDIVE and I must admit..I was so proud to stand next to "Vice President Troy"....it was a magical night....I am so proud of him!! We celebrated Christmas early with dad's side of the family. My sister is working retail now so we had to enjoy her on her only day off. Memommy took the kids and I to a fab kids celebration in Dallas and many memories were made..we also got to spend an afternoon with one of our best friends ABBY!!! We were not included in Troy's side of the family festivities ...sooooo....we created an open house on Christmas eve for friends and family who had an afternoon free to enjoy food and friends. Santa even came by and brought goodies to the kids...daddy mel and sandy and I made a yummy spread!!! Christmas day was one of my favorite so far. My dear husband is such an amazing dad. He was more excited about Santa than our kids...he even help owen spread reindeer dust..to ensure santa stopped at the PIERCE HOME! I continue to stand in awe as I watch him grow deeper in love with me, our kids and our family. Having never experienced unconditional love from a mother or father...he POURS it out on us....he serves us, works night and day for us, gives all he has for us and makes us feel safe and secure. He has three aunts he loves dearly who also spoiled our kiddos rotten and as a mom... i love love seeing my kids loved!! Thank you to everyone who reached out to us and showered us with special cards and meaningful packages for owen and mckenzie-grace. we are blessed!

THANKSGIVING!!!!
so much to be thankful for!!!! troy loves his new job and we miss him so much. we focus on all we have and try to stay busy as we only get to see daddy a couple days a month!! i tip my hat to single moms....it is "tuff" as owen says....he is in love with his daddy!!!

We got to celebrate Mckenzie-Graces' birthday in Baton Rouge at the LSU game of the year! WE stayed with dear friends and had a blast!!!!!!!

we celebrated fall in many ways...neighborhood party, church festival and then daddy mel, sandy, becca darlin and bill came to celebrate our two little pumpkins turning 2 and 4 this month!

TCU
goooooooo horn frogs. daddy mel and sandy bought us tickets to the tcu game. owen and mckenzie-grace got to jump in castles, have face painting done....and owen ran 100 yards on the field! fun fun times!

we kicked off october with a trip to see veggie tales live! then home to paint pumkins!
