last day of bible study fellowship

today was our last day of bible study fellowship. mckenzie- grace completed her first year and owen his second...they studied the life of moses and loved it. owen was sad moses had to die but he said, "mom...he disobeyed..it had to happen!" i asked him if he ever disobeyed and he said' "not too much" and diva darling said, "i never disobey mommy..i'm a good princess....

what a glorious day! troy took the kids to lowes and they made mommy beautiful planters and gave them to me this morning...we went to church and then spent the afternoon in old town spring! great place...yummy lunch...then we surprised kids and took them swimming....they LOVE their daddy and owen said it was the best mothers day ever!!!!...because his daddy "catched" him in the pool!!!!

2009 Spring Texas

What an adventure we have had as a family. In February, the kids and I moved to Houston and enjoyed "close quarters"! Troy was blessed with a corporate apartment and we loved being together as a family. We closed on our home in Spring and moved in at the end of March. We LOVE IT!!! Troy joined the country club and has new golfing friends, the kids and I joined BSF and I am also serving as a chaplain for one company in Tomball. Troy enjoyed a week fly fishing with his friend, John Allert, in Arkansas. John is on staff with Campus Crusade for Christ and invited Troy for a week of fun and fellowship. I love being a full time mom and pretty much play all day and inbetween unpack a box or two!

I took the kids to Dallas to see Miss Patty Cake, who has been teaching our kids about Jesus for several years...then Sandy treated us to our first Six Flags experience..thank you...Sandy!! It was a fun fun time and I definately felt 40!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
